4 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 3 PrayingPraying

Comments: The Middle East is really starting to boil. It can't be much longer before the top blows off and all hell breaks loose there. Sadly, very few in America seem to know this or to care. It's about to get interesting, to say the least.

Even so come LORD Jesus.

Shout AMEN!Amen ~ PrayingPraying

Comments:

A fine article! I saw anti-Semitism in my family growing up. There was never any reason given for the hatred toward Jews that I witnessed other than they were Jews. And, I attended a public school system that was immersed in a largely Jewish community!  If they were so bad you would think that I would have been jerked out and attended somewhere else.  No, it turns out that the Jews demanded a good education for their children and their tax money helped make the school system an excellent one.  My parents recognized that so they thought that was good!  Go figure.

Well, I should say that some in my family were jealous of those with more money than they had (anyone, not just Jews) and the Jews were always perceived as having more money; therefore, "hate them" was the taught response or lesson if you will. I'm thankful that God has delivered me from those lessons. I understand things now from a perspective that is 180 degrees from my "growing up" years.

As far as the money envy goes, the adults in my family all grew up in the depression years and their attitudes were formed then. Poorer people (they were in that catagory) were treated as second or third class citizens (as in "dumb," uneducated and not good breeding stock) in many parts of the nation during that time.

Again Alf a good thought inducing piece.  Hallelujah! -- Dale
