16 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 15 PrayingPraying

Member Comments:
I want to Thank You on behalf of our entire family Alf. Your presence was an added source of strength and encouragement for us. I pray we get a chance to see each other again before we depart for Home. I'd love to reminisce with you about both Jack and Lou!

18 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 14 PrayingPraying

Comments:

I was wondering why Jack is not writing anymore and just now learned Jack's passing away more than 3 months ago. I am grieved because he was a favorite writer. I used to share his writings to my yahoo group of Indigenous People with  more than 1,000 members around the globe.  His writings in layman's term is very insightful , easy to understand and relate.  I will surely missed him. I got to his website through Hal Lindsey in 2003.

To the Kinsella family, by this time missing Jack's physical presence is more evident. I pray that God's enveloping love & comfort will keep holding the family together.

Thank you for sharing, Alf.  My heart grows heavy and weary when thinking he's gone from our World.  I know he's with our Risen King; but I still am in a place where it's hard to talk about without breaking down.

I find myself praying for the Kinsella family often; and our beloved OL family.  I feel so blessed and honored to have met Jack, Kari and everyone at the OL gathering in 09 too.  I can't wait to share a table with everyone and our Lord when we get to go too.  Think of what rejoicing there will be!

Love you all!  Thanks, again, Alf.

YSIC,

Becky

Comments: Dear Alf, Jack was a brother Marine and we were both stationed at MCAS Cherry Point N.C. at the same time in 1974, though we never met. When i first joined OL I sent Jack an email about it and he responded kindly. I'm envious he's with Jesus, and i include the Kinsella & OL
family in my daily prayers. I miss his insight and Spirit filled wisdom. This world became a lot more empty for me since he left. Can't wait to go home!!

It was  a bit cheeky of me to say that about the pic, Shelley ;-)

One of Jack's sisters told us a story about Jack's dancing. It seems I have something in common with him - we both can't dance.

Comments: Thank you Alf for your testimony. I have had moments where I needed to be kicked off my pity potty...tonight was one of them. My heavy heart has turned back to joy for Jack in knowing where he is...smiling and waiting for us to join him.

Thank you Alf, that was a very good and moving article and I feel almost like I was there.  Now if I could do something about all the dust in this room as it seems my eyes have welled up with tears.

Comments: Thanks, Alf. Would like to have been there for the funeral, but 2800 miles was more than my age and pocket book could handle. Your words filled in the gaps about that part of Jack's home-going.
I've been reading the OL for over 10 years. What an aid it was as I taught Bible prophecy through much of that time. I will be looking for all my yet unmet OL family when we are all called home.
Maranatha!
Glenn

Thanks Alf.  I remember having the same thoughts about Jack's picture.

But; it just proves the thought, that one can't judge a book by it's cover (or stern picture).

God Bless,
Shelley

Thanks Alf,

This is what I believe....and if I were Joe Biden it would go something like this..

The calling of Jack home to be with the Lord is a Big "Flippin"  deal.......It shows us just how close we really are to the rapture.

Everytime I think about it I come up with the same Spirit lead conclusion..For the Lord to call Jack and Ron Graham home and both on the same day because apparently their work was accomplished says a lot...Well I hope you all know what I mean..

I like to think that my family and I will be in the Jack Kinsella section at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb....;)

I really don't think it will be too much longer....

Comments: Thanks Alf for the window into the celebration of Jack's life! I wish I could have been there but 3000+ miles, a lot of snow, and very little leave time stood between me and that. But I like to think I was there in spirit! By the way, your articles are always good so don't knock yourself too much.

Comments: Thank you. Your tribute to Jack, I'm sure, spoke for all of us. And, yes, there were tears in my eyes as I finished reading it. My days still begin with Jack's letters...the reruns are so timely and most I don't remember reading or haven't read before.
I look forward to your contribution each week, also. Thank you for that, Alf.
