I have often told others HOW BLESSED I was to have suffered when I was just 30. Changes your life ... for the better, especially when you are able to fully recover.   You become more compassionate, kinder, and empathetic to others.  Certainly more grateful for everyday that is painfree thereafter!  Harsh suffering is something you remember the rest of your life ... traumatizing.   Praise The Lord for carrying me through that valley!
